When you hire an agent to help you buy or sell a home you really need to   
                                     check their level of experience.

^{Many agents work for firms that have a high split so they don´t incur the fees involved with the business.  They can be an agent for years but produce very little on both the buying and selling side.  Some have been around a while and have sold less than 20 in their career. I have sold 100´s of homes.}

^{I have been with Metro Brokers for 10 years and have proven results.  I´m an employing Broker/Owner.  Our company is on the Board of Realtors and we don´t cut corners to stay in business.  The agents who work for me know I will be involved in every part of the transaction and I can say that I have shown them what it takes to have their clients get the best deal possible.}

^{Achieving the best price on a home whether you´re buying or selling of course is the goal.  I know how to negotiate the important things from the contract, counter, and the all important inspection notice.  I don´t back down when it comes to the negotiations for my clients.  There are many agents in the business that let the agent on the other side of the deal take control and they just follow.  I consider those agents weak.}
